These Terms govern your use of VolleyHub. By creating an account, registering for an event, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Using VolleyHub

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use VolleyHub only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

Events, teams, and organizers

VolleyHub provides tools that connect players, teams, and independent event organizers. Organizers are responsible for their event rules, eligibility requirements, schedules, cancellations, refund policies, safety procedures, and on-site operations. Participation in sports involves inherent risk.

Registration and payments

Prices, deadlines, roster limits, payment options, and refund terms are displayed during registration or supplied by the event organizer. A captain or another payer may pay on behalf of selected roster members. Payment does not complete another participant's required profile information or personal waiver.

SMS terms

If you voluntarily opt in, VolleyHub may send transactional SMS messages concerning your account, team, registration, payments, waivers, schedule, or events. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Acceptable conduct

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, send unlawful invitations, harvest contact information, or use VolleyHub to harass or deceive others.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or protection of the service and its users.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

VolleyHub is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. VolleyHub does not guarantee that an event will occur or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolleyHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or participation in an event.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to admin@volleyhub.app.
